Team Assignment

You can assign a managed account to one or more teams. When a team has shared task categories, those categories become available in the dependant's task tree after assignment.

Assigning a team

  1. Go to Dependants (/managed-accounts) and expand the account.
  2. Scroll to the Teams section.
  3. Select a team from the dropdown and click Assign.

The team's shared categories are now available in the dependant's Organize page and timer picker.

Removing a team assignment

In the Teams section, click the remove button next to a team. The team's shared categories are removed from the dependant's view.

Viewing team dependants

Team creators can see all managed accounts assigned to their team on the Teams page under the Dependants section of the team detail panel.

Only the owner of a managed account can assign or remove teams.
