Time Entries

The time entry list, shown below the timer on the home page, displays your recent sessions grouped by day.

Reading an entry​

Each entry shows:

  • Task path — the full path through your hierarchy (e.g. Professional › Work)
  • Tags — any tags applied to the session
  • Duration — how long the session lasted
  • Start and end time

Editing an entry​

Click the edit (pencil) icon on any entry to open the edit form. You can change:

  • The associated task
  • The tags
  • The start and end time (and therefore the duration)

Click Save to apply your changes.

Deleting an entry​

Click the delete (trash) icon on an entry and confirm the prompt to remove it permanently.

Live entries​

If a timer is currently running, its entry appears at the top of the list with a live-updating duration. It cannot be edited until the timer is stopped.
